Education & Lecturing

I regularly lecture in educatuonal settings and offer a range of CPD - covering a number of topics looking at the behaviour and welfare of dogs and horses as well as animal welfare and ethics. These can be done as formal lectures (ideal for college or university students) or informal talks (ideal for owners and those wanting to expand their knowledge or learn something new).

I’m experienced in delivering lectures and have been lecturing on Animal Osteopathy courses and degrees since 2014 with both The European School of Osteopathy and Animal Osteopathy International. I teach the students about animal behaviour and body language to improve their skills as manual therapists and osteopaths. I have been a guest speaker on a Vaquero Horsemanship clinic and presented at several annual meetings for the Association of Animal Osteopaths. I also present for E-Horse and do local talks on equine behaviour and bitting.

My lectures and talks are dynamic and engaging with plenty of videos and photos to accompany the information presented in a PowerPoint. I also run practical workshops and clinics, these can be combined with a lecture or talk to make up a full day of education and learning.

To host a talk, I will need a room large enough for a projector and screen to go up (if the venue doesn’t already have one), space for seating, access to power for laptop and projector. If you're interested in booking me for one or more of these topics, then contact me to discuss your requirements and we can arrange a tailored package and price.
